How do we know if the magazines have really been delivered?
Well, we have a fantastic system within our business, it’s kind of intrinsically built in, which is that nearly all the people who advertise in the magazines actually live in the areas where they go.
So if for some reason someone doesn’t get a magazine or it’s a couple of days later or whatever, we are the absolute first people to hear about it. Thankfully that hardly ever happens, we have a fantastically trustworthy bunch of distributors, who’ve been all working for us for some time.
We also do spot checks in each area where we distribute magazines, to ensure that they are going out as stated. We recognize that this is an absolutely vital part of our business, and we can’t do enough to ensure that every publication goes to every door, every month.
